| Michael Crouch was born in Norwich, England in 1965. He trained in graphic design at the University of East Anglia and went on to work in the telecoms sector for over thirty-two years. Michael has had short stories and articles published across various genres and media, and has also created comic strips for the independent comics market. The Trip was first published in Fission volume 1 by the BSFA in 2021. Other works have been published in Let’s Talk magazine (2020-22), To End All Wars (Soaring Penguin Press, 2014), and the Blake’s 7 Annual 1982 (Lulu, 2021).
