Aliya Whiteley

Aliya Whiteley was born in North Devon in 1974 and grew up in the seaside town of Ilfracombe, which has formed the inspiration for many of her stories and novels. She currently lives in West Sussex. Her novellas published by Unsung Stories in the UK have been shortlisted between them for a Shirley Jackson Award, the James Tiptree Jr. Award, the John W. Campbell Memorial Award, and BSFA and BFS awards.
