Sofía Rhei (Madrid, 1978) is an experimental speculative author, with more than thirty titles published. Her books for children include the series Krippys (Montena), El joven Moriarty (Fábulas de Albión) and Los hermanos Mozart (Diquesí), as well as many stand-alone titles such as Olivia Shakespeare (Edelvives) and La calle Andersen (La Galera) co-written with Marian Womack. Her YA novels include Flores de sombra (Alfaguara) and its sequel Savia negra. As a poet, she was shortlisted for the Dwarf Star and Rhysling awards.
